Carlos Khachan is a Lebanese sommelier, winemaker, wine educator, and entrepreneur with an impressive career in the wine industry. He holds a Master’s in Food Science, a Level 3 WSET certification, and a Sommelier Diploma from the Université du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse, France, where he graduated first in his class among 33 French sommeliers.

He is the founder of Domaine des Deux Montagnes, a boutique winery in Lebanon’s West Bekaa Valley, producing high-quality unfiltered red wines. Additionally, he established Club Grappe, Lebanon’s first wine tasting club, which promotes wine culture through seminars, private tours, and education.

Carlos is also deeply involved in the French wine scene. He leads exclusive champagne tours in Reims and Épernay through My Champagne Tour and owns Vin Gourmet, a wine shop and wine bar in Paris, where he offers a private selection of world wines.

He has also contributed as a Wine Ambassador for several Lebanese wineries, including Couvent Rouge, Coteaux Les Cèdres, and Rowane Winery, helping to promote Lebanese wines on an international scale.

His passion, expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit make him a significant figure in both Lebanese and French wine industries.
