Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. One year of aging in oak barrels from the fermentation till the bottling and maturing on fine lees. Complex white wine Chateau Bybline White is a mix of yellow fruits, floral and lactic aromas. Lively wine, round and fat, good for aging. Very silky structure, this makes it elegant, voluptuous and pleasant to be consumed even when very young.
